This cozy villa is located beside the 9 hole golf course at La Noria , La Cala de Mijas. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of the village. There are four bedrooms on the upper floor, master bedroom and master bathroom are on the main level.The kitchen and living room are all on the lower level and there is a large terrace leading out into the garden and the pool area. There is another bedroom downstairs with twin beds and a sofa bed in the alcove giving lots of space for families.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher , kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine and lots of crockery and cutlery. There is a dining table in the kitchen ideal for breakfast time.
The living room has lots of comfortable seating and a large dining suite seating six. The open terrace has a dining table and chairs and there are 6 sunbeds for use around the pool. We have provided a bbq for alfresco dining. The pool can be viewed from both terraces for families who wish to be able to supervise the children.
The village of La Cala de Mijas, a few minutes walk, was originally a small fishing village, but has now grown to be a very international village, still with lots of Spanish charm but also residents from all over the globe. With beautiful beaches and a family friendly atmosphere it is a perfect location for all. The apartment is situated half way between Marbella and Fuengirola and is a perfect base from which to access the many different golf courses in the area. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a short drive, and the airport is just a 30 min journey away.
